Helen Durant-Stevensen who has joined St Johns as the new Associate Vicar. She
was licensed on 14th July.

depending on staff availablility. To avoid any disappointment, please ring to

- CONFIRMATION
- Confirmation
classes for teenagers will continue in September after a summer break. Do speak
to Stephen if you are interested in joining the classes. The confirmation service
will be in the evening at St John's, Old Malden on Sunday 12th October.

would be happy to go on a list held at Christ Church.

Carolyn Lucas is updating CRB forms for all those who work with children (including
Holiday club). If you had a CRB check done in 2003 it will need to be renewed.
If you have not already been contacted please see Carolyn for a form.
- Harvest
Supper
- Keep the date free - ever popular Barn Dance and Harvest Supper
Saturday 4th October - more details to follow!
- Eight Day Pilgrimage to
the Holy Land
- Stephen Kuhrt is part of organising this trip between Saturday
25th October and Saturday 1st November 2008. Depending on how many people come,
the cost will be between £850 and £950. The booking deposit is £100.
Speak to Stephen as soon as possible if you are interested. More details from
